It All Started With A Vision
Our founders, experienced insurance professionals, identified a critical challenge: unlike large businesses, small businesses do not have access to risk management solutions from their insurance carriers. This increases vulnerability for the small business and leads to higher claims and reduced profitability for the insurance carrier.
In response, we developed a highly engaging, easy-to-use interactive knowledge platform to bring risk management learning and safety practices so that policyholder can manage risks more effectively and improve outcomes for themselves and their insurance provider/s.
LossIQ is a paradigm shift in risk management, aligning the interests of policyholders and insurance companies for mutual benefit. By reducing losses and promoting financial stability, LossIQ is both an economic value-add and a social benefit.

ATUL KULKARNI
Atul is a Commercial Lines P&C insurance executive with two-plus decades of experience in underwriting, operations, and digital at Fireman’s Fund, Allianz and Prudential. At Allianz, Atul’s last role was Head of Small Commercial for North America and Head of Agribusiness.
Atul serves on the Board on Charles T. King Foundation. Atul and his family live in New Jersey.
ERIC SANDERS
Eric is a seasoned Commercial P&C Claims and Loss Control Executive. His most recent role was Chief Claims and Risk Solutions Officer at QBE North America. Prior to that Eric worked in leadership roles at Fireman’s Fund and Aetna.
Eric has served on McKinsey’s CCO Roundtable industry group, is a recipient of Property Casualty 360 Luminaries award in 2023 and was recognized as a 2020 Risk and Insurance magazine Executive to Watch.
ROB SHATTUCK
Rob has over 25 years of experience in Operations, Reporting and Finance, mostly in Property & Casualty insurance. Most recently, Rob worked at TriNet, where he led the Commissions team. Prior to that, Rob has worked in a variety of roles at Chubb/Ace, Fireman’s Fund and One Beacon.
Rob loves the outdoors and is an avid skier. Rob lives in Truckee, CA with his family.
